Except for Shopify platform elements, third-party plug-ins, fonts, icons, payment marks, licensed materials, and content lawfully owned by third parties, original content created, lawfully owned, or licensed by us is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Protected content includes the LiBu / LiBuPlantDyeing brand name and visual identity, original textile patterns, motifs, color schemes, curtain structures, product drawings, product photography, copy, website content, video, page arrangement, and other brand or operational materials.

Without prior written authorization, no person or organization may copy, modify, translate, download, scrape, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, use for commercial promotion, use for machine-learning training, create datasets from, or otherwise commercially exploit such content.

If original patterns, images, copy, or designs are used without authorization to manufacture, sell, advertise, or promote derivative products, we reserve the right to pursue available legal remedies.

References to names, logos, or commercial identifiers do not mean that every mark is registered in every country. The scope of rights depends on actual registration, use, and applicable law.

4. Accuracy of Information and Website Operation

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, prices, dimensions, materials, shipping methods, and policies accurate and updated. Subject to applicable law, we may update specifications, prices, promotions, shipping methods, and website content for operational reasons.

If the website is temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network failure, third-party services, force majeure, or another circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits a mandatory consumer right.

5. Custom Nature of Every Product

Every product sold on this website is a custom, made-to-order, handmade home textile item individually produced after order confirmation. The products are not pre-manufactured ready-stock goods.

Default sizes, standard colors, regular fabrics, hanging methods, and panel combinations are regular production options only. Selecting a default option does not change the custom nature of the product.

Products may be prepared, cut, plant-dyed, hand-dyed, tie-dyed, printed, sewn, finished, and packaged according to the customer's selections and become associated with the particular order after confirmation.

6. Handmade Products and Natural Material Variations

Some products use natural linen, ramie, silk blends, plant dyeing, hand tie-dyeing, hand finishing, or original printing.

Natural materials, hand production, batches, photography lighting, and display devices may cause slight color differences, texture variations, hand marks, natural slubs, minor weaving differences, or reasonable dimensional tolerances.

The following are normally not defects:

· Slight differences between screen and physical color;

· Natural bleeding or marks from plant or hand dyeing;

· Slubs, knots, and minor weaving variations in natural fibers;

· Reasonable differences caused by hand cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, or shrinkage;

· Slight batch differences in color, texture, thickness, or hand feel.

If an item has visible transit damage, a manufacturing defect, is incorrect, has a serious dimensional error, or materially differs from the description, contact us under the Return and Refund Policy.

7. Special Notice for European Union and United Kingdom Consumers

Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for many distance transactions. However, under applicable consumer rules, that right generally does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Every product on this website is individually produced after order confirmation according to the customer's selected size, color, fabric, hanging method, panel combination, pattern direction, or other order options. These goods are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized and are not subject to the ordinary 14-day change-of-mind return or withdrawal right.

A customer may not request a return, exchange, or refund solely because of a change of mind, incorrect selection, color or aesthetic preference, lack of fit with the interior, or no longer needing the item.

This section does not affect rights relating to transit damage, defects, incorrect goods, goods not as described, or another right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Taxes and Import Matters

The checkout total consists only of the product price and applicable shipping fee. We do not charge or collect sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, and carrier fees. Some costs may be handled through the relevant shipping arrangement; costs not covered are payable by the recipient under destination requirements. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to or embed third-party payment, social-media, shipping, or other services. Third parties are not controlled by us and operate under their own terms and privacy policies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party content, operations, security, or transactions.

10. Force Majeure and Third-Party Service Issues

If natural disasters, war, strikes, public health events, customs or legal-policy changes, carrier failure, payment interruption, network failure, or another unforeseeable, unavoidable event beyond our reasonable control causes service interruption, production delay, or delivery delay, we will provide reasonable assistance but our liability will not exceed what applicable law requires.

We process personal information under applicable data-protection laws. Processing in mainland China is subject to the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Cybersecurity Law, and other applicable requirements. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Legal Notice are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith consultation. If consultation fails, a claim may, to the extent permitted by law, be brought before a court with jurisdiction at the domicile of Shenzhen Duogeili Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd.

Mandatory consumer-protection, jurisdiction, and remedy rights of consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction are not affected.

We may update this notice for legal, platform, operational, or compliance reasons. The revised notice will be posted here and the last-updated date will change. Orders already placed will normally be governed by the policies effective at the time of order unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
